Important Update for 2026 Fair Camping Pre-Registration

PRE- REGISTRATION:

• Instructions on how to pre-register for camping at the 2026 Grant County Fair have been emailed to those who camped with us during the 2025 Grant County Fair. If you did not receive this email please reach out to our office.
• Pre-registration is due no later than April 1, 2026. Campsites will not be held if you fail to pre-register by this date—no exceptions.
• If you would like to request a move from your grandfathered campsite, please include a brief description on your pre-registration form. Requests will not be processed until after April 6th and will be granted or denied based on the date received and availability. All campers who request a move—whether approved or denied—will be contacted by Fairgrounds staff prior to May 29th.
• If you choose to release your campsite for 2026, please notify Fair staff by replying to this email or calling our office. The campsite will be released into the General Public sale, allowing other families the opportunity to purchase camping during Fair week.
• Transferring your reservation is strictly prohibited.
• ID is required at camper check-in.

Pre-Registration (Returning Campers Only)

General Fair Camping

• North Campground: Campers must be 30 feet or less
• Pavilion Campground: Campers must be 35 feet or less
• East Campground: Can accommodate campers 35 feet or longer

• Each person may purchase only one campsite. Reservations will be canceled and payment refunded if it is determined that an individual has purchased more than one campsite.
• Each campsite includes four (4) season passes, valid for the entire week of the Fair. These passes are valid for children, adults, and exhibitors.
• If more than four (4) people are staying at a campsite, a pass must be purchased for each additional person. Entrance passes are required for anyone over the age of 7 staying at the campsite.
• All trailers must have at least one authorized adult present overnight. If complaints are received for a campsite where no adult is present, those campers will be required to leave and will forfeit their campsite for the following year.
• Once all campsites are reserved, Fairgrounds staff will create a waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis. If a reserved and paid campsite is released prior to the Fair, it will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
• No refunds will be issued for campers who cancel their reservation.
• Campers who reserve and pay for a campsite that goes unused during the Fair will not be grandfathered in for the following year.
• Any campsites that are open and unattended after camper check-in concludes are not available for resale under any circumstances.
