Fair Entry Registration

Online registration for the 2026 Grant County Fair will open May 1st. Online entry deadlines close at 9:59 PM PST on the deadline date (see dates below). Servers will automatically close. Entries must be complete AND submitted at this time.

Online Entry Deadlines

Online entries close at 9:59 PM PST on the deadline date. Servers will automatically close. Entries must be complete AND submitted at this time.

FRIday, July 10th, 2026

All Livestock Exhibitor entries due!
*Includes: Large & Small Livestock, Carcass, Cavies, Poultry, and Rabbits

REMINDER: A late fee of $100 per exhibitor will be assessed on any late livestock entries between 7.11.26 and 7.17.26. No livestock entries will be approved after 7.17.26. No exceptions.

GC YEP, Dog entries, and all 4-H Still Life/Static entries are due!

*Includes: All non- animal still life, static exhibits.

4-H Static Exhibits- Online Entry Deadlines

ALL 4-H Static entries must be pre-registered online by July 10th. We will no longer have in person registration for these Divisions.

Entries for Educational Posters, Record Books, and Photography must be dropped off to WSU Extension office by Friday, July 31st at 5 pm.

There will be no registering of items at this time. Due date to have your 4-H exhibits registered is July 10th.

General Exhibitors

To avoid long lines during in-person registration, we highly encourage online registration. It's quick, convenient, and the best way to secure your spot!

If you're unable to register online, in-person registration will be available Friday, August 14 through Monday, August 17 (closed Sunday). Please note that registration and check-in times vary by department.
