Before registering for the Fair, please review the Exhibitor Guide sections below for important rules, entry requirements, and registration details.

Carcass Entry Form

Please mail or drop off this form to the address below along with the corresponding fees.

Fees for Beef $180 each animal, Swine $90 each animal, Sheep $80 each animal.

Make checks payable to Grant County 4-H/FFA Livestock Sale Committee and send to:

Sawhorse Cow Contest

The Sawhorse Cow Contest began in 2002 hosted by the Grant County Cattlewomen. Participants must decorate a sawhorse of any size to resemble a cow or a bull to compete for cash prizes!

1st Place: $75
2nd Place: $50
3rd Place: $35
Honorable Mention $10

Entries will be accepted at the Grant County CattleWomen booth located in the Ag Building between 3 pm to 6 pm Monday, August 11th. Please fill out the entry form below.

All Exhibits for Building #6 OPEN ART will be accepted for hanging on Friday and Saturday before fair at these times:

Exhibits Accepted-
Friday, August 8th – 2pm to 7pm
Saturday, August 9th – 9am to 2pm

Pickup Time-
Sunday, August 17th (day after fair) – 9am to 1pm
